The documentary film “The forgotten victims,” produced as part of the SIVV project, tells the story of four families who lost someone in the wars in the period from 1990-2001 in Serbia, Kosovo, and North Macedonia or were direct victims themselves.

Produced by BIRN, the film showcases the ongoing failure of the system in these countries to address the needs of civilian war victims more than two decades after the wars ended.
