Ja\u010danje inkluzivnih glasova \u017ertava (JIG\u017d) bilo je stvaranje zajedni\u010dkih skupova lokalno utemeljenih principa tranzicione pravde (TP) bitnih udru\u017eenjima \u017ertava u Severnoj Makedoniji, Srbiji i na Kosovu, kao i na regionalnom planu. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Glavni cilj bio je da se regionalno i na nacionalnim planovima zapadnog Balkana ustanove principi TP koji su prakti\u010dni, usredsre\u0111eni na \u017ertve i od zna\u010daja za njihov svakodnevni \u017eivot<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Konkretni ciljevi tih principa detaljno su navedeni u preambuli.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Odlu\u010deno je da krajnji proizvod bude kratak, koncizan i jasan, te da sa\u017eme su\u0161tinske vrednosti i na\u010dela \u017ertava. Njegova osnovna svrha bila je da usmerava pona\u0161anje, diskurs i komunikaciju vezano za pitanja koja se odnose na \u017ertve. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u010clanovi Konzorcijuma JIG\u017d iz Severne Makedonije, Srbije i sa Kosova sara\u0111ivali su sa grupama \u017ertava na izradi nacionalnih principa koji se ti\u010du njihovih potreba i konteksta. Jedno od klju\u010dnih pitanja postavljenih na nacionalnom planu bilo je: \u201e<i>kakvu promenu i proces biste \u017eeleli da vidite u tranzicionu pravdu (MCTP) dao je mi\u0161ljenje na prve nacrte i dostavio Konzorcijumu uporedna iskustva na razmatranje. Sledile su dalje konsultacije na terenu, te su sa\u010dinjeni revidirani principi.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Zatim je MCTP pripremio nacrt preambule i konsolidovao tri skupa nacionalnih principa u nacrt skupa regionalnih principa. Utvr\u0111eni su kolektivno vo\u0111eni razgovori, teme i pitanja od zajedni\u010dkog interesa. Vodilo se ra\u010duna da budu obuhva\u0107eni svi predlo\u017eeni principi sa nacionalnog plana, samo bez ponavljanja.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Principi su bili predmet razmatranja i debate na 2. regionalnom sastanku JIG\u017d odr\u017eanom u Prizrenu 20. i 21. maja 2023. godine.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Postignut je op\u0161ti konsenzus dok su u nacrt principa unete neke izmene. Zatim su prisutni prihvatili principe, a Konzorcijum ih je usvojio. Pojedina\u010dna udru\u017eenja \u017ertava mogu da ih formalno usvoje kad ih njihove upravne strukture ili odbori prihvate.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Principi se sada mogu koristiti da se udru\u017eenja \u017ertava na zapadnom Balkanu njima rukovode u svojim odlukama i izborima. Mogu se koristiti i kao platforma oko koje \u0107e se grupe \u017ertava ujediniti i mobilisati radi ostvarenja svojih zahteva. Izazov je u tome kako da se principi smisleno otelotvore i deluju, kako na nacionalnom tako i na regionalnom
